Jubilee World Terms of Service Effective Date: October 3, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Jubilee World, a non-profit Christian music ministry (“the Ministry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including access to all content, digital resources, newsletters, and services provided through jubileeworld.org and related platforms (collectively, “the Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

The Ministry provides users with access to various online resources, including, but not limited to, ministry news, devotional materials, musical content, downloadable digital files, and email newsletters. The Ministry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof with or without notice at any time.

2. User Obligations

a. Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when registering for the newsletter or making a donation. b. Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Service. c. Age: By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the Service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Usage License

a. Ownership: All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, data compilations, musical works, and software (“Ministry Content”), is the property of Jubilee World or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws. b. Limited License for Digital Content: When the Ministry offers downloadable digital content (such as musical tracks, sheet music, or e-books), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content for personal, non-commercial, devotional use only. c. Restrictions on Use: You may not do any of the following with Ministry Content or downloaded materials: * Resell, redistribute, license, or commercially exploit the content in any form. * Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content. * Use the content for any public performance or display for commercial purposes. * Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices. d. Fair Use: The Ministry respects the intellectual property rights of others. Content may be used only in accordance with this License and applicable ‘Fair Use’ laws.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all Ministry Content and downloadable materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Ministry does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Ministry, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Ministry and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your misuse of Ministry Content.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
