Jubilee World Terms of Service Effective Date: October 3, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Jubilee World, a non-profit Christian music ministry (“the Ministry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including access to all content, digital resources, newsletters, and services provided through jubileeworld.org and related platforms (collectively, “the Service”).

Limited License for Digital Content: When the Ministry offers downloadable digital content (such as musical tracks, sheet music, or e-books), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content for personal, non-commercial, devotional use only. c. Restrictions on Use: You may not do any of the following with Ministry Content or downloaded materials: * Resell, redistribute, license, or commercially exploit the content in any form. * Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content. * Use the content for any public performance or display for commercial purposes. * Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices. d. Fair Use: The Ministry respects the intellectual property rights of others. Content may be used only in accordance with this License and applicable ‘Fair Use’ laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or the Service.
