Jubilee World concluded a historical concert in NYC's famed Apollo Theater in the night of Sept.25, bringing to reality a beautiful collaboration between Jubilee Korea and Jubilee New York.

Apollo Theater marks the second and last destination for the top 10 musicians from Jubilee Korea's Open Mike, following their performance and recording in Nashville. The top 10 were selected out of hundreds of candidates through auditions.

Jubilee Worship New York team opened the concert with spirit-filled worship, passionately engaging the audience to praise and celebrate Christ's love and victory.

Jubilee Korea musicians then took stage altogether to sing "The Name", before five singers each belted out Jubilee's original pieces. A total of 12 Jubilee productions were performed with abundant grace, passion and vigor.

At the very end of the concert, both teams came together to jam and worship, joined by the audience. Apollo Theater became one in the name of Jesus Christ.

Esther Jun, one of the singers, expressed her gratitude to God for allowing Jubilee Korea to take the first yet big step.

"This is Jubilee's beginning step, and we hope to glorify God and reach out to the lost souls with the love of Christ," said Esther, who sang solo best-known "The Rest" and "Do You Know The Meaning of the Cross."

"I am deeply touched that God made this, truly glorious event, possible," she commented after the concert.

Jubilee New York singer Antia was excited to collaborate with the Korea team.
"There was the sense of unity, everyone coming together to worship God. I love to be around everyone who loves God!" Antia reflected.

"More than the fact we were invited and could serve members, I am thankful to members who served Jubilee for its revival and development in Korea," Director P.Nathanael Lee said as he reflected on the night.
"Even though there must have been many unfamiliar songs in Korean language, I am grateful that God poured much grace."

"In the future, we hope to recruit many more people in Korea," he added.

The world-famous Apollo Theater has a history of giving birth to renowned musicians, as the home of "Showtime at the Apollo" which showcased new talent for over 20 years.

The Apollo Theater Legends Hall of Fame has inducted performers like Ella Fitzgerald, James Brown, Little Richard, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, among others.

Upon their return, Jubilee Korea will focus on preparing the season 2 of Open Mike. With the goal of gathering 700 musicians within 2014, Jubilee will hold monthly auditions and regular worship gatherings with more trainees and those who simply love music.
