Jubilee Korea: OPENMIKE Season 2 Final, 15 Teams Casted

On March 14, OPENMIKE Season 2 Final was held at Jubilee Center Korea in Seoul at 2pm. In total, 45 candidates (teams) participated in this final, 15 candidates (teams) won and they were casted to Top 15 Round.

Group screen was held for 8 to 10 candidates as one team and they entered to the audition stage and checked up each other's ability. Instead of informing of pass or non-pass after commentary, the four judges selected the candidates who are over certain level to go to next round and the candidates were elected after the discussion. And then, the best of the Final, the casting is made done.

The four judges have the right to cast three candidates, and the candidates who has a high potential of development through training period will be casted among elected candidates after last discussion per group screen.

This means that the number of those who are casted will be different per group, and there would be a group where none will be casted. The Final round was held for five hours in this tensed atmosphere. 

There were the moment of joy or sorrow when the pass or non-pass were informed. All participants encouraged each other by clapping hands, they glorified God and this touched the heart of everyone who were present.

In total, 12 people were casted and the three people were added through special vote and there will be Top 15 Round battle. 

As the round becomes fiercer, 15 people will receive a training once a week for two weeks by the casting judges for the next round. They will work on arrangement of the songs what they chose and play with bands and they will shot the profile photos. Top 15 Round which will be held on March 28 will be open to public that all related people of participants will be able to come and join.
