Jubilee Chorus Welcomes Increasing Members for Christmas Community ConcertJubilee Chorus Welcomes Increasing Members for Christmas Community Concert

Nov 18, 2016

Jubilee Chorus in New York City has been witnessing increasing members for its weekly rehearsal. Jubilee Chorus holds rehearsals every Tuesday in uptown New York. Each rehearsal averages four to seven singers. The singers gathered for vocal warm-ups and rigorous practice of choral repertoire, under the guidance of assistant conductor, Nitya Thomas. Jubilee Chorus has been preparing diligently for its Christmas community concert.

Throughout the season, since Jubilee Chorus' restructuring of membership and leadership, Jubilee Chorus has been recruiting new singers. The group prays earnestly for God to send singers who are skillful and maintain strong faith in the Lord. Those who sing with true joy will gather voluntarily, simply for the sake of praising God. This level of faith is important in forming the basic membership of Jubilee Chorus. Every rehearsal after practice, singers will fellowship and end the rehearsal with a group prayer to God.

God is faithful to Jubilee Chorus. He has sent various singers to the group. Some may not find a good fit, but those who remain truly share the joy and vision of Jubilee ministries.

Please pray for Jubilee Chorus NYC as they continuously train and plan for the Christmas community concert. For the singers who dedicate their voices to God, may they be filled by the grace and joy of praising and serving the Lord Jesus Christ.
