Jubilee St.Louis held First Open Mic event on Feb 25th at HQ main chapel. 25 people gathered and showed their talent for glorifying God.

The Open Mic was a two hour program. The first half was staged for solo acts; singers (comtemprory, gospel and musical), a saxophone player and pianists etc. They performed very inspiring music. All of songs had a story of testimony and it touched congregation's heart.

After the graceful stage, all people had intermission with fellowship and refreshments. Their heart was opened even if it was first time to meet each other. The music made their hearts to be united and joyful. They shared their grace and encouraged each other's talent.

And the second half were for groups and band players. It was truly powerful and excited worship time. All people felt holy spirit's movement.

Josh Allen shared "The open mic event we held was better than expected. What I liked most is that everyone was able to sing and worship together without any issues. It wasn't about who could play or sing the best, it was about God. Through this event, I can't wait to see what other gatherings are like in the future."

Pastor Aria shared "God showed us great hope. The Holy Spirit was working strongly as we were worshipping God. All people were talented from 12 years old young singer to her Mom's generation. We were all anointed by Holy Spirit through the event. We became sisters and brothers and our spirit was united strongly. God showed to us why he set our Jubilee HQ here, in St.Louis. Even it was a small event for local musicians and worshippers but I think it was a higher meaning. "

Hope Open Mic brings more local musicians and unify by praise. So that their praise will resonate to st.Louis.
