On December 14, a joint Christmas Concert by Jubilee New York and Nyack Chorale was held at Calvary Baptist Church.

Jubilee Chorus and Nyack Chorale performed many songs and they are "Tomorrow Shall Be My Dancing Day",  "And the Glory of the Lord", "O Thou that Tellest Good Tidings to Zion" from Messiah (G.F.Handel),) "Sussex Carol" and " The blessed Virgin Mary unto the Lord did pray" from Fantasia on Christmas Carols (Ralph Vaughan William).

They concluded the concert by performing their last song "Halleluja" from Handel's Messiah; A Soulful Celebration. The atmosphere of the concert reached its peak when Christian Folk Ensemble, which also participated in this Christmas concert, performed powerfully.

The concert was felt like a festival covering songs from classics to gospel. Those who attended the concert shared their reflections as below.

"I was happy to join this concert for the second time. It is usually a lot of find to worship with a large choir and other Christians. The singers are very talented and offer a great variety of styles. I was happy to hear a great range of voices and genres that are altogether worshipping God."

Another audience member shared "The chorus was very powerful, and brought overflowing joy and the spirit of worship to the congregation. My soul was set free to join in the celebration, adoration and worship. I truly felt that his kind of concert can touch many souls and bring the lost back to God. It's a great gift of God that the beautiful collaboration between Jubilee and Nyack is blossoming. "

One Jubilee Chorus singer who participated in this concert gave thanks to God by saying, "It was amazing and I felt God's presence. Especially, when we sang "'Do you know him?' Everybody was excited. They were clapping and dancing together. It was truly amazing and worthy to praise our God".

Another singer shared "Many who attended the concert were touched and moved as His presence filled the temple. It was a beautiful night and I am thankful for what God has put together by the very Blood of His son Jesus Christ who was born to a virgin in a manger!"

Jubilee Chorus is looking ahead to their last Christmas performance of the year 2014, which is set to take place on December 16th at NYC Rescue Mission. Jubilee Chorus wishes to deliver God's warm heart to those who will attend through their humble singing.
