Upcoming Jubilee Open Mic will be held Friday, October 18, 2013, at Funkadelic Studios located at 209 W 40th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10018. Performances start at 6:30pm.We are currently looking for talented performers who do art that brings glory to God and ministers to the audience. JOM featured local NYC’s artists like indie singer/songwriter Mara Measor, rapper Melvin Windley aka 'Rebelz,' rapper John Vasser Jr, neo-soul singer/songwriter Kelsie Janel, opera singer Isaacson Buteau, bilingual contemporary singer/songwriter Robert Louis, musical director Michelle Gabriel, worship leader Jerry Simpson, Karina Haraburda and many others.
Jubilee Open Mic is a family friendly event. Admission free.

About Jubilee Open Mic:
Jubilee Open Mic (JOM) strives to provide a much-needed outlet for Christian artists to gather, perform and fellowship. JOM is a live event where people use their talent to glorify God and minister local community.
The event features variety of music genres and art such as spoken word including poetry, standup comedy, dance, visual art, etc. All art featured at JOM is to bring glory to God and nurture the audience.
During the event, the artists have opportunity to meet like-minded people, perform in front of live audience, receive feedback, test their new projects, network, and fellowship.
Jubilee Open Mic provides a nourishing environment for the local community members to enjoy the art and give feedback, as well as to fellowship while sharing the heart of worship. JOM can be a great evangelism tool, so bring your family and friends with you!
